What's so great about Southern Trophy Hunters shows?

#1, we deliver a better bottom line! Our shows are HUNTING ONLY shows, strategically placed in high income areas which result in a targeted attendee that possesses a well above average disposable income; translation, they have money and they spend money! While STH shows are large shows, they're not MEGA sized shows. We typically will have no more than 300 exhibit booths. This allows us to focus on quality exhibitors and it means our exhibitors don't get lost in the crowd. Lastly, our shows have a definite atmosphere. When you walk through the doors of an STH show, you don't have to ask yourself if this is a hunting show or a flea market; our shows look good! For that we credit our exhibitors.

Discounts

Save up to 10% on your booth space! STH has always provided discounts for multiple booth purchases. Now with two shows, we've added even bigger discounts and combine both shows in calculating discounts to make it easier for our exhibitors to reach those discount levels (see exhibitor applications for details).

Why book early??

If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor in a STH Big Buck Expo it is in your best interest to book early. To create balance and limit internal competition at our shows, we categorize exhibitors and limit the number of exhibitors within each category. As a result, each year many categories fill up quickly and we are put in the unfortunate position of turning away potential exhibitors.

2012 Show Information

• Exhibit booths are 10'x10'.  Please see floor layout for pricing.
• Bulk rates are $3.25 per square foot (min. 400 sq', $50 up charge for corners)
• Pipe and Drape are included with regular booths as is 24 hour security
• Table and Chairs are $45 per set and are not included in booth
• Web site link in Exhibitor section $100/Year, with logo $150/year
• Wireless Hi-speed internet (Rate varies per show. See contract or service form.)
• Power (Rate varies per show. See contract or service form.)
• Phone line (Rate varies per show. See contract or service form.)
• Discounts for multiple booths and multiple shows
• Exhibitors will be provided four exhibitor passes and one parking pass for the first booth and two exhibitor passes and one parking pass for each additional booth.  Additional passes may be purchased for $10 each.
