Im packing for our anual Archery Elk Hunt in Colorado. I harvested a 5X6 last September & hoping to improve or at least have a good hunt.

Are there any good places in Washington State to hunt for elk? I live here but have never tried for them, mostly deer.

I'm heading to Colorado WMA 581 for the 2nd Cow season. Anybody got any good gouge on where the herds are working these days? Anybody want to join me? since my normal hunting partner is gonna be at gunsmith school in Trinidad.
