This works pretty good and is an easy way to fix a deer roast, shoulder, etc. Marinate the meat in coke for three to four hours, remove and season how you like, place in brown bag or just wrap up in tin foil adding pg of Lipton's onion mix to the meat........can smoke or bake at 350 for around three to four hours. yum!

Ok, here is a great tool for all whom cook. Get a digital meat temp gauge for grilling, baking, frying, or how ever you cook steak or game. Most do have a temp guide on them for all cooking desired, but to get medium steak is 130*-155* center temp. Guys it helps to get everyone's steak as desired. They do not cost that much, for not getting that dinner table odd look! lol

Rabbit!!!! Take a hare and boil it in a large pot then shred with a fork. Make uncle ben's wild rice cook with beef stock in place of the water. When rice is amost done drain half of the stock and put in the rabbit. add 1/4 stick of butter and some carrot shavings or chopped. It is a rib sticking great dish.
